Charles Mazel, a principal research scientist at Physical Sciences Inc. and founder of Nightsea, a company dedicated to developing equipment and techniques for underwater fluorescence viewing, will speak at noon on Nov. 16 in the Knowlton Living Room at Connecticut College.
