Cardiff-based company utellus Limited has entered into an arrangement with Vodafone to run a service in parallel with its existing email feedback mechanisms. Under the arrangement, utellus has tailored its web-based customer feedback form for Vodafone customers, and will provide a direct channel for web-based correspondence between Vodafone and its customers.
